Ever since she was little, Janice has loved baking. That passion led her to, pardon the pun, her "big idea." A fortune cookie that redefined fortune cookies. One that looked different and tasted even better with a buttery, homemade flavor. After months of adding a pinch of this and a dash of that, she had perfected the recipe. In February of 2003, Sumo Enormous Gourmet Fortune Cookies fired up its ovens.
